Topa Management Company offers two conference rooms for use by Tenants of the Topa Financial Center.
Conference rooms are located on the third floor of the Fort Street Tower (Suites 301 and 302). The conference room facilities consist of two inter-connected rooms with a small service kitchen in between.
The following charges apply and will be billed on your monthly rental statement:
1 - 8 hours @ $10.00/hour
$7.50 each additional hour
After Hour Charges: Additional $15.00 p/hour
Monday - Friday after 6:00 P.M.
Saturdays after 2:00 P.M.
Plus 4.712% tax
Internet Connection (Provided by Clearwire)
Refrigerator with Ice Maker
Coffee Service (3 coffee pots/condiments/paper cups)
